- 1 and 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice (preferably fresh-squeezed)

- 1 cup quick-cooking or Old Fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar (white sugar also works)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
