- 1/2 cup quick cooking or Old Fashioned oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 handful of raisins
- 8 to 10 walnuts
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 medium ripe banana - thinly sliced (optional)
