  • 1/2 cup quick cooking or Old Fashioned oats
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 8 to 10 walnuts
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana - thinly sliced (optional)
