  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 apples - cored and peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
