For the brownies
  1. 3.38 ounces all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup granulated sugar
  3. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  4. 1/2 cup packed Brown sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  7. 2 large eggs
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. Cooking spray
For the glaze
  1. 1/4 cup butter
  2. 1/4 cup packed Brown sugar
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons evaporated fat-free milk
  4. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
