Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces Bacardi Pineapple Fusion Rum
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 6 to 8 frozen pineapple cubes
  • Soda water
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. In a collins glass, muddle together 5 raspberries and 4 mint leaves.
  2. Add rum and lime juice. Stir.
  3. Add pineapple cubes. Fill glass with ice. Top with soda water until glass is full. Stir to mix drink.
  4. Garnish a raspberry wrapped in a mint leaf.
