Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Dash of salt and cinnamon
1 teaspoon stevia or sugar
1 scoop chocolate protein powder 
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
1. Cook oatmeal as directed. 
2. Stir in 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and top with chia seeds and peanut butter.
