Ingredients   
  ½ pound cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped    
1 large egg  
  ½ cup Panko bread crumbs    
¼ cup regular bread crumbs    
3 TBS flour     3 TBS fresh dill   
 1 TBS lime (or lemon) juice     ½ teaspoon lime (or lemon) zest    
½ teaspoon salt    
¼ teaspoon pepper 
Instructions   
  In a bowl combine the ingredients.   
 Shape into patties.   
 Pan fry in a nonstick skillet in 2 tablespoons cooking oil over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes per side, or until golden.
