Ingredients
  • 6 whole pitas, cut into chip-sized wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line two cookie sheets with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the pita chips, olive oil, and salt. Spread into a single layer onto each sheet (none should overlap). Bake 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Cool completely then store in an airtight container.
