  1. 1 1/2 cups of baby spinach
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 avocado
  4. 3 rounded Tablespoons of organic cocoa powder
  5. 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds
  6. 1/2 cup of frozen berries
  7. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  8. 1/2 cup of cold filtered water

Inside a blender, put spinach, almond whole milk and also normal water. Mixture right up until smooth.
Include cocoa powder dust, chia seed and also icy berry. Mixture right up until smooth.
