  • 1 Cup Minute Rice
  • 1 Small onion; diced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 4 TBSP Butter or Margarine
  • 6 oz Cheese Whiz
  • 1 Small head of broccoli; cut into bite-size pieces & pre-steamed
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Spray the inside of a medium-size microwave-safe casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray
  3. Place margarine and onion in the casserole dish and cook in microwave until butter is melted
  4. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly in the same casserole dish with the margarine/butter
  5. Bake 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
