Recipe:
- 1-2 packages of lean ground turkey (99% fat free)
 - 4 egg whites
 - 1 cup of oats
 - 6 tbsp of reduced sugar ketchup
 - Chopped spinach (1 full bag)
 - Chopped onion to taste
 - Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
 - Feel free to add in some veggies like asparagus or carrots or celery
 - Bake in over for 35-40 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.
 
Next up tilapia baked in oven. I use the 
frozen filets which are high in protein and have no carbs and are only 
120 calories each! I place on aluminum foil baking sheets with a bit of 
olive oil and lemon sealed Mrs Dash. That’s it. Let baked until flakey 
which is about 15-20 minutes. Simple and easy.
